What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 12 beers.

For practicality, orders must be placed in multiples of 12 (12, 24, 36…).

How are the beers packaged?
Beers are packed in boxes of 6 or 24 bottles.

Boxes of 6 are always shipped in pairs, for safer and more efficient handling.

Do you ship abroad?
Not at the moment — we currently ship only within Switzerland.

…but never say never.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and number of parcels.
Is shipping free above a certain amount?
Yes.

Shipping is free for orders of CHF 150.– or more.

When will I receive my order?
We ship parcels every Monday.

Swiss Post’s Vinolog service usually takes 2–3 working days for delivery.

In short: order by Saturday at 12:00 → we hand the parcel to Swiss Post on Monday → by mid-week, your beers can go straight into the fridge!

Can I pick up my order at the brewery?
Of course — we’ll be happy to welcome you, and if you’re lucky, you might even get to taste the brewery’s latest creation.

Pick-up is available on Saturdays from 08:00 to 16:00.

Any changes to opening hours will be communicated in advance.

Is there a bottle deposit?
No. Our bottles are non-returnable and can be disposed of at glass recycling points.

Maybe one day they’ll come back as a Molesta bottle again 🙂

Is the date on the bottle a real expiration date?
After that date, the beer does not become unsafe, but it may lose some freshness or aromatic intensity.
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
No panic! Please contact us and send:

- a photo of the outside of the parcel

- a photo of the inside

- a photo of the damaged bottles

- your order number

We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Something is missing from my order. What should I do?
Contact us.

Sometimes an order may be split into multiple shipments, or an error may have occurred.

We’ll sort it out quickly.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on beer, unless something arrives damaged or defective.

For T-shirts, if the size is incorrect, you can send it back and we’ll replace it (return shipping costs are at your expense).

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

- TWINT

- PostFinance

- Major credit and debit cards

- Advance bank transfer

- Cash payment when picking up at the brewery

Are online payments secure?
Absolutely.

We use Payrexx, a certified and independent payment platform.

Your card details never pass through us and are not stored on our website.

The connection is encrypted and complies with international security standards.

Can I also order kegs?
Absolutely!

We offer 20-liter kegs.

Not all of our beers are always available in keg format, so we recommend contacting us in advance.

Do you also rent draft systems?
Yes.

We offer 1-tap or 2-tap draft systems.

Our systems have an integrated compressor, so no CO₂ is required.

The kegs use an internal bag system, which prevents air from coming into contact with the beer.

Do you make custom beers or personalized labels?
We can produce:

- fully customized beers (including the recipe)

- personalized labels on our existing beers
