Soft and aromatic, a tribute to chestnut honey from the Ticino woodland
A bright golden beer, created in collaboration with Grotto Paradiso and enriched with chestnut honey from the Zucchetti family of Medeglia. On the nose, it reveals intense honeyed aromas with hints of flowers and malt. On the palate it is smooth and enveloping, with the sweetness of honey flowing into a dry, slightly bitter finish. An authentic tribute to the aromas and flavors of the local forests.
